In WHACK-A-CELL, the cells where a number cant go are shaded, so you play by tapping the white cells with only one in a square, a row, or column. If you cant find one, change a number, and look at it. The object of the game is to see how quickly (and accurately) you can complete the grid.

For serious Sudoku, enjoy a smooth user interface to a wide range of games to challenge and entertain.

If youre interested in learning advanced puzzle solving techniques, try the tutorials. A range of techniques is described, and you can play a game that demonstrates the technique by tapping the "Try one" button.

Another way to learn is to use the "Whats up - Hint - More" button sequence. Tapping "Whats up" shows a list of techniques that the games search engine has found, and changes into the "Hint" button. Tapping it will show a move that can be made on the grid. It changes itself into the "More" button. Repeatedly tapping it will sequence through one example of each type of move found.
